However, after a successful year of operations, the management team at Hoornweg Advies decided to restructure the company and form a holding firm. This restructuring led to the birth of HRNWG Holding, which now serves as the parent company for several subsidiary businesses.

During the restructuring process, Hoornweg Advies' business operations were transferred to its first subsidiary, Sereres Consultancy BV. This move allowed HRNWG Holding to broaden its focus and expand its reach in the consultancy sector, providing a broader spectrum of services to its clients.
